Nothing but problems with getting an inspection scheduled and propane delivered! There is an extreme lack of communication between team members in the Clearwater office and even more with customers. Called to schedule inspection, waited a day, called back and it was scheduled but no one let us know. Had neighbor wait all day, called at 4pm only to find out the tech wasn’t coming! No one called to let us know. Asked to reschedule. Inspection was rescheduled for Monday, found out because we called to ask, no one called to tell us he was coming!! The inspection was completed and the tech said he would schedule a delivery in the next two days! Great right, then someone called me to schedule the inspection that already happened!?!? After I told her it already happened, she said she would schedule delivery!? Waited a couple days, called back and someone else told me it wasn’t scheduled but they would do it? Delivery was supposed to be today but didn’t happen???? If I didn’t have a tank buried in my yard I would have chosen a different company for sure!!! Still waiting for propane. Obviously DISAPPOINTED!!

Very unprofessional company. They started raising our rates over $5.15 after one phone call they dropped it at $3.80. Ferrel propane is charging under 3$ a gallon, so I switched. Over one month after suburban picked up the tanks they still have not sent me the closing receipt or sent us our three to $400 refund. I don’t know don’t recommend this Joke of company to anyone.

Awesome prices for propane & great friendly customer service

This delivery they texted me when they were coming. This was the second try. The first time I wasn't notified and not there to have the gate unlocked.

We are their neighbors
They just fill the tanks no exchange. The cost is $20 or more depends on the size of the tank.
You can get propane tanks from tractor supply. Suburban propane does not sell them like that.
