First time getting my car serviced here. The staff was very professional and helpful and the time waiting was reasonable. I'm taking away one star for the negative experience of trying to book through a person who emailed me and she never responded to my question and requested services on a particular date. When I called service directly Michaela was very helpful and easy to schedule with.

I decided to give them a three because it's at the halfway mark. The facility itself it clean, positive atmosphere, comfortable and the people that were working today seemed to really like being there. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day that was convenient for me. The downside is that I was hit with a heavy sales pitch to do a routine maintenance that was $800. I instead stayed with my visit being an oil change and tire rotation that was an easy $100. Arriving, I didn't have any caution lights. Now leaving and after I paid $100, all my tires were coming up low on the dashboard. That's a bad sign! I had to immediately return, the manager on duty said that it just needed a reset and he apologized but the tires actually looked low now. I pulled in again and the mechanic filled my 4 - 29 pressure tires, that should have been 33. He did it graciously and apologized but if you give a company money for a service and you have to go back because they didn't do it correctly, it just feels wrong. I've had one other recent experience with Kelly Honda service and although everyone is typically clean cut, well spoken and polite. I don't know that the competence is there. It's very sloppy. This level of sloppiness is a direct reflection of leadership. It wasn't always this way. They had an excellent service manager with very talented mechanics, hopefully they will improve.

Walked in and had the opportunity to deal with Jonathan Lopez. This guy changed my whole mindset about car dealerships .. he answered ALL of my questions no matter how many times I asked the same thing. He kept a big smile on his face the whole time and it made me feel welcomed . I had such a great experience with Jonathan and I strongly suggest you ask for him if your planning on visiting Kelly Honda any time soon .. he will make your experience all worth the while, I promise !

From the time I pulled into the bay until the time I left, my customer service experience was fantastic at Kelly Honda in Lynn! Bruno greeted me and answered my numerous questions and listened to my concerns, with sincerity, about driving with caked snow and ice in the wheel wells of my 2022 Honda CRV. I brought my car in for the first oil change, which was free courtesy of Honda. Love it! Thankfully, the multi-point inspection didn’t reveal any damage with having driven with the snow/ice caked in the wheel wells, which caused my front end to vibrate while driving on the highway at 50mph. Many kudos to Bruno for delivering a very pleasant experience. He was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable about my car. I definitely recommend Kelly Honda in Lynn.

For a brand new car most people will have to get use to all new things with their cars. I brought a 2014, a step up from my 2002, sounds, the way it rides, etc.. Give yourself sometime and you will notice the feel of it. Just like new shoes, you have to break it in. Enjoy your new ride.
