We ordered the Big Flyer SE bike for our daughter about 2 weeks ago. Bike came in quickly and had a little blemish on it. Contacted the company by text message and they offered to either replace the stem with a new one or a credit to purchase accessories. We were pleased from beginning to end with this transaction! Will definitely do business with them in the future!! Amazing customer service and fast shipping.

Ordered online as instructed on website. To receive an email saying my info is incorrect. I attempted to text as instructed and no text back. I attempted to go online to repurchase and the bike was removed. If they were out of stock they should of been honest, and not avoid my message aswell as stating that on the email. I can only imagine the services they provide in person.. this was a disgrace as a business.

I'm not sure,not my style of bike. If you contact them they will either be able to order you one or have them at the store or might not carry them. Just call and ask for Wes,he's the expert on all bikes there.

That's fine,kids ride that bike and it's a 26inch rim. They just put the seat all the way down.
If it's a good bike like a Specialized or a Haro. The amount they would buy it for depends on the model and name of bike and the condition it's in and bikes are out of season so you won't get much unless it's a top quality bike
