Very sad and poor customer service by Richard who works at the service department. I got there at 8 am (right when they open) to get my car’s oil change. I received a promotion online where i could get oil and filter change for 39$. I asked richard that i wanted to use that promotion and he proceed to laugh at my face and said “you could only get that price if you do it yourself at home”. I showed the promotion on my phone and did not say anything else after that. Since it was only an oil change, he said that i would take 1 to 2 hours, but he will text me once my car is ready. 3 hours after, i texted him to see if my car is ready but he did not answer. 30 minutes later, i went downstairs to check and he told me “the system is very slow right now but come back in 10 minutes”. I came back in 10 minutes and told me that everything is all set. I asked one one of the employees who gave me my car keys and i asked how long has my car be there waiting to be picked up. He said “around two hours”. Richard, thank you so much for those 4 “lovely” hours at the dealership and for providing “excellent” customer service. I definitely love when someone laugh at my face. Hopefully you’ll get an promotion out of this review my friend. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

Spent 2 hours waiting for oil and filters change. It was slowest oil change I have ever had. This place is overbooked or just poorly managed. And no kids room. So don't come here with little kids. Also, I asked to fix or do something with my car key that was falling apart and got my car key with tape around it back. I doubt I will come back

Service department has some pretty rude customer service. Some staff is friendly, but others not so much. I made an appointment to have a quick repair done to my car that I brought from here. Sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours thinking it was just taking time since no one from the service area came to provide me with an update. I finally went up to talk to someone and it turns out my car had just been sitting in the parking lot for over 2 hours after they inspected it and they were keeping it and giving me a rental since they didn't have the part for my car available. Just a total disregard for my time not getting me out of that waiting room sooner when they knew they were going to have to hold onto my car for a couple of days. Car was fixed and I'm happy about that, just wish customer service was better.

On 8/2/2021 at 3pm I had an appointment for my 12 month toyota care maintenance plan which was supposed to include "Inspect and adjust all fluid types" rotate tires, replace engine oil & filter, multi point vehicle inspection. After waiting one hour they told me my car was all set. I went to my car, opened the hood & see that the coolant is still below the low level. Clearly they did not inspect/adjust all fluid types. I went back in & told them about it. If I didn't check this, I would be driving away with low level coolant which can damage the engine & more. Very disappointed. Also, they always leave this bag in the car, not sure what they use it for but they should clean up their trash before handing back my car. Disgusting. Train your employee better! I wonder if they even replaced the oil filter, I should check that too. Update: I went here again on 2/11/2022 they did a better job this time. Car was clean, no bag left in there. Coolant was filled in. Also, shout out to parts manager Jose Luciano. He overheard me asking the cashier a question, but cashier didn't have an answer that made sense. Jose stepped in & solved it.
