I was really happy with the service I received from Steve in parts and Mike Gervais. I had a switch cover break on my new Explorer and Steve was able to track down the part, order it and connect me with Mike who had me come in the next day to have it replaced. I didn’t buy my vehicle from them because stock is low everywhere due to COVID so I bought from the first dealership that had what I wanted. However, they treated me like I did buy from them and earned my business in the future. This is my fourth ford over the past 20 years and was by far the best I’ve ever been treated from a ford service dept.

I dropped my car off in the evening and had an answer regarding the problem 1st thing in the am. Car was serviced and I had my car back before 9:00. Thank you Gervais Ford!
