To sum it up, the customer service at this location in Lexington is horrible. First they charge you for every single thing which I knew was incorrect based upon me getting the same service for a lower rate at another Firestone. The staff and technicians need to work on not making customers feel uncomfortable to ask questions about their car/service without them seeming or acting annoyed and having a sarcastic attitude. I also had to walk through the shop to the back and across the street to a lot to pick up my car after being told by the manager that “your keys are right here, you can go out the back and get it” and then I get on the highway and start to experience extreme wobbling. I had to pull over and go to another Firestone location where I was treated with the utmost respect, they were able to help me, check everything for me, and even drove my car after having to balance my tires the correct way. I was also told by the Lexington staff that I would have to pay $9.99 for a care package to have all of my windshield washing fluids, and etc. topped off. Halfway down the road, my windshield washer fluid light came on so I paid for a service that I wasn’t completed. Thankfully the staff at the Salisbury location took care of it for me and completed a courtesy check. I would Never ever return to the Firestone in Lexington. I’ve never experienced poor customer service like that and would drive to Salisbury or fort mill, sc to get service in the future. Sherry and a few of the technicians in the back need a crash course on customer service. They’re lacking.

Sons truck broke down at gas station. Had it towed here. Technician had it figured out the 1st day and we picked it up running and ready to go. Best in town shop for tires and Technicians.

I got a very good deal on my tires. I called ahead one day in advance and they were able to fit me in on the next day. Friendly staff, convenient and affordable prices.

During my last visit, the Firestone technician did not position my GMC 2500HD correctly on the hydraulic lift and subsequently damaged the fuel tank cover. After inspecting the problem, the management team treated me with astounding disrespect and refused to remedy the issue. They have lost my business.

It's clean, stickers on the floor indicating to keep a distance from each other.
It was $45
with tire purchase is free. Otherwise for small work you can go to any tire shop. Firestone is not cheap on labor
