One of the worst dealership I ever try to do business with . I called the day before spoke to a guy name Louis regarding a 2022 Hyabusa and we set up an appointment to bring my Ducati for potential trade in. Drove about 40 miles Temp was probably close to 98 degrees. Walked in and Louis wasn’t scheduled than I met this Character Shawn or Sean absolute obnoxious of a salesman. Doesn’t belong in Sales has zero people skills long story short I left and I am spreading the words . It’s a tiny dealer very little inventory and poor customer service. I guess I will spend my $20,000 somewhere else

I bought new kymco Like 150i in 2020 from here. A little while after the rear right blinker stopped working. The service department fixed it under warranty. It has only 170 miles on it. Stored mostly indoors. This year the same exact problem. They repaired it for $300 because mice chewed the wire to the same turn signal they repaired the previous year under warranty. The warranty won't pay twice for the same repair. That's why they charged me $300 for a poor repair done under warranty. I used a UV flashlight at and around the location the mice nest was supposed to have been found .The UV light showed no evidence of dried up mice urine anywhere. Bettencourt's service department must have a trained mouse that was told to chew that blinker wire.

Family atmosphere they love motorcycles more than you do. Are always there to help out with any kind of question or concern. They don't have a corporate Iron Curtain like mom's motorcycles does. Absolutely great place to go to talk bikes, buy bikes, get your bike work done, and and do all things motorcycle related.. The way it used to be and the way it still is there. Absolutely love this place if you're into motorcycles this is your place

Great dealer! I bought a 2020 Ruckus back on 6-8. The bike was perfect, but I noticed as I rode it on main roads the front wheel had a significant wobble. I sent it back and they went above and beyond to get me a new rim, even from a third party website. Bobby was great and they completely covered the issue. It rides nice now, I appreciate their service, and would go back in the future.

Most places need to order parts due to the many many models and brands. This place does have a bunch of stuff in stock, though. Who knows if it's what you need. Call 'em up!

On my last visit a few weeks ago, masks were worn outside, but we're not worn inside (in the showroom building on the right). There was a very heavy profusion of tobacco smoke throughout the showroom, so much so that others joining me had to leave for fresh air outside.

I would try and get there by 5. They put bikes out during the day and put them back in at night that gives them sometime to put bikes away

Yes they are expensive try cubcadet lots more machine lots less money go to kabota dealer in carver you won't regret it
