Update: While it arrived several days after the delivery date initially promised, I ultimately received my unit and have had no further issues. Recently, I was prescribed a BiPAP machine. Knowing there is currently a shortage of such devices, I called them to find out approximately how long the turnaround would be. When I was told the machine would likely be ready within a few weeks, I called my doctor back to have the prescription and other required paperwork sent over. When I called back two days later to confirm they received everything, I was told that my intake form had been *discarded* because they did not have the machine in stock! I explained that I knew they were out of stock now and that the order was to be filled as soon as more stock arrived, but I was told it didn't matter and that they couldn't hold the order. It's also worth noting that I only found this out because I proactively called in to check on it--something many people wouldn't bother to do. Shortage or no shortage, one does not accept orders for backordered equipment only to unilaterally cancel them later. Either call the customer and be honest about how long it will take or simply close your business to new orders until you're caught up.

I brought my Mom to the Portsmouth office for compression socks and Noelle was very helpful and explained and showed us how to get them on her. However, when the next morning I totally forgot everything and fudged my way putting the sock on for the next couple of weeks. Hoping I wouldn’t break my Moms toes. We called and asked about any devices we could use to help and were told to stop in whenever we could. When we arrived Noelle asked me to show how I was putting them on and showed me again the proper way. Then had me do it. I now am getting the sock on so much easier thanks to her. She could’ve just sold me the device but took the time to explain again how to do it correctly. We are very pleased with our experience. ! Thank You !

I wanted to get some compression stockings to replace the ones I have been wearing. I called Keene since they were the only local source. They were prescribed by my doctor thus were covered by health provider. Iwas told I needed to have a fitting and the earliest appt would be two weeks away. This did not seem to make sense since I knew exactly what I needed to replace the ones I currently wearing. I noted the reviews and became very skeptical of doing any business with them. But since I could not find an another source. I called again and asked to purchase the stockings without a fitting. I was told ok. I went to their store and was impressed with how well they were able to help me. If the billing process with my health provider is successful I can easily give them 5 stars. Gary
