Had an incredible experience buying my 2013 Toyota RAV4 here this week! It was my first car purchase, and after 4-5 months of searching through a really tough time in the car market, I was ready to give up. But, I found a great deal here and had such a great experience with my sales associate, Michael T. I was very reluctant to walk back into a dealership after my previous experiences elsewhere, but this environment was so different & awesome. I did not feel pressured at all, & Michael was super helpful and patient as I was navigating many things that come with buying a first car. Misty in the financing office was also a HUGE help and a warm presence when it came to working thru numbers and financing. 10/10 recommend this dealership & the lovely people there!

Just purchased my 2022 Corolla Cross XLE from Cox Toyota. My salesperson, Jacob Ryan, was awesome to work with! We had a great experience and would definitely go back, again. Found a great used Silverado on the Cox website. Contacted them and was able to test drive and purchase the truck in the same day. Either the compressor is bad or just low on refrigerant. They will put a dye in system to See where leak is under black light. It will show up right away. Find a local A.C. repair shop. Cox will charge you a lot.
Headlight restore. U have to send it and then apply a clear coat to make it last. They do warranty it for a year
Dealer cost and labor is outrageous. Suggest you look for a professional convertible top installer who specializes in installation. Save yourself a lot of bucks, go independent. Sorry Cox your too expensive.....
They have a rental program if you have a car in the shop, but you should call to see if they rent to folks who do not have a car in for service.
