Went in for a tire rotation and couldn’t leave without a tow. They activated the anti theft system on my van and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. I had to have it towed to the Honda dealership to figure out what was wrong with it. As a result, I was left without my van for a holiday weekend. To top it all off, the guy kept calling me “hun,” which just added insult to injury when I was already upset.

Took my car to them as soon as they opened Monday morning cause it was running hot called several times and was told they were still trying to figure out the problem finally Wednesday I called and they still wasn’t sure what was wrong but as soon as a part come in they will get it diagnosed I just picked up and took somewhere else only problem was the thermostat and I even knew that

These guys are the best! Went to another place told me they couldn’t install my new tires came to these guys and they had me fix up in no time! NTB is the Way to go!
