I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service. I have been a customer for years and have always had quality service at fair prices. Recently I was greeted in my driveway with a flat only to find the culprit (a deeply embedded nail) upon closer inspection. Mr. Tire is quite convenient, so I headed there to see if they could help with no notice and quickly. (I had multiple obligations for work and parenting that day). They made a potentially stressful event painless and even a pleasant surprise. They got my car in within the hour and when I picked it up there was no charge! This is the place I will continue to count on for emergency and routine service needs.

I had the best experience with Mr. Tire. I pulled in their parking lot at 5:30 with my tire losing pressure due to a nail being in it. They immediately pulled my car in the bay and 25 minutes later had me ready to roll. I tried to pay for the service, but they refused the money. I will definitely be back to give them some business and I highly recommend them. What a great experience all around. THANK YOU MR. TIRE!!!

I'll give 3 starts bc they were quick at getting me in to check my tire and the guy at the front was helpful and the guy that looked at my tire was nice as well but was told my tire couldn't be repaired that I needed a new tire. Took to the dealership were I got my car and told then what I was told even had a new set of tires waiting to replace all four tires since I drive a all wheel car to be told it can be fixed no problem at all. And people think dealerships are out to get you.

A couple weeks ago, vehicle was stuck in the mud for several hours and I tried everything to get out, including wrapping a cloth around the wheel (YouTube) smh. Bad idea!!! While I was towed out of the mess, the cloth was horribly entangled in the brake. I was able to drive away and soon forgot about it until today when I heard strange sounds. I called the guys at Mr. Tire and they were super friendly. I didn’t have an appointment but they started working on my car within 15 minutes during the lunch hour. During this time I watched the interactions between staff and staff to customers and I felt like the communication was genuine and honest. I wish I had bought my tires from them 🤦♂️. To make a long story short, the young man who was originally assigned the task didn’t think the removal was possible but the manager/owner asked the young man to do whatever necessary to remove it from the brake. He was able to remove it in under an hour. I wanted to pay them and bless them because I had a class I had to go to later in the day! The manager said it was on the house! I blessed the Lord as I left the place, He really does place Angels in our path to help us!

You can apply for what is called a Drive Card, which they have applicatons inside for that. I am not sure if I can post a picture but the applications is right next to the desk clerk. Just ask for assistance.
