Worst car buying experience ever. My son was making his 1st truck purchase and is was a horrible experience. We were paying asking price for the vehicle, we accepted the low ball trade in offer and they refused to sell us the truck. Kept telling us they were making no money, that they wanted nicer trade-in after they made us offer. We drove 1.5 hours to the dealership after salesman said everything was ready to go. Gave them certified check for $42,500 and title to the $4000 trade-in and they refused sale. Told them we would write a check or give credit card for the $4000 and not trade and they still refused. YES, they refused to sell a vehicle at the internet asking price! Salesman said he could wait to retire from the dealership and I see why. We ended up leaving without a vehicle. If you want to be humiliated, have your son embarrassed in front of other employees then this is your place. FYI... I bought the vehicle from Mark Ficken Ford the next day, they delivered it to me and said if I didn't want it then no problem. They delivered it, I wrote a check...15 minutes to complete sale.
