I can only base this review off of the experience I have had just trying to get a returned call and further information about when parts for a recall on my Nissan Altima (rear sway bar or stabilizer arm) will be in and my vehicle also falls into the headlight replacement for years 2013-2018. All paperwork and requirements for the headlights have been met, and I've even had the vehicle inspected at Asheboro Nissan where they confirmed the headlights failed and met the replacement criteria. At least 8 times I have called, and spoke to someone and promised a call back, I have even left messages with the automated text messenger on their website. I understand that everyone seems to be walking on eggshells because of the headlight lawsuit but it was agreed that Nissan would replace them, and over the course of this year they have become so bad that it is not safe to drive at night. I've been a Nissan owner for over 25 years and my family has owned them for well past that. Very disappointed in the customer service, especially when you are told they are looking into it and someone will call you tomorrow. On a positive I did have a pleasant experience with the service staff when I took my car in for the headlight inspection back in June, they even replaced a hood latch for me. Thought that the rest of my experience would be as pleasant.

I got my car serviced and when they saw me they had their masks on. I did notice that workers in the back had their mask pulled down and pulled them up when stepping out. They had hand sanitizer and gave me plenty of space
