I am writing this review, because my grandmother went to get an oil change and the crashed her vehicle. The problem wasn't the fact that they crashed her vehicle, the problem was how the handled the whole situation. The actual owner is refusing to pay for the rental car unless our family removes the negative reviews. That is called blackmailing here and anywhere in the world.

I am in the process of trying to purchase my Honda Odyssey when my lease expires in 2 months. Love the car and was very satisfied with the professionalism of the salesman at Asheboro Honda 3 yrs ago. Now that it is time to buy out my lease, it has taken me 3 in-person visits to the dealership in the last month asking for a copy of my lease contract before they finally produced a copy (without my signature! because "the original document with my signature could not be scanned because the paper is too thin," interestingly, the paper was not too thin for me to sign it 3 years ago!). The dealership then added a "lease buy-out fee of $2,000 to the purchase price, despite the fact that my contract clearly states the buy-out option fee would be $0.00 at the end of my lease. They are not willing to honor the contract they made with me despite several attempts to talk with them. I contacted Crown Honda by phone today, gave them my VIN #, and they will honor the contract without question. From now on, I will deal with Crown Honda in Greensboro, and I suggest you will do the same!

Awesome experience for me! Caleb Hammock literally let me get under, over, and around 4 autos and answered all my questions thoroughly!! We spent a few hours withe looking over every little detail and driving 3 that I narrowed down to! (The hours was me checking everything thoroughly not my salesman) He was a trooper for letting me be picky!!🤣 I highly recommend him to be your salesman! He's very professional and informative on the autos on the lot!

Update: approximately an hour after submitting this review, Zack called back to tell me there's no surveillance in the area I was working in while waiting on service. At first, I was impressed with the service offered at Honda; the service representative was thorough and kind. Unfortunately, I managed to lose my diamond rings while having my Accord serviced and after 4 attempts to speak to someone on the phone over the course of the past week, no one will return my call. Their customer service only goes so far, so it seems. All I needed was for someone to tell me if they could review surveillance so I can proceed with next steps.
