The owner and the people who work here will be some of the best people you will ever encounter when it comes to going to a smoke shop by far. My parents have sticked to this shop for years and they've got me for loyalty too. I bought a bong several months ago from here and I was heartbroken that it broke and I couldn't find it online anywhere. I chatted the owner I believe on snapchat and he went above and beyond and found a vendor that'd be able to ship it to him next day for me to go buy from him. He even kept the same price as when I originally bought it from him! Anyone I've gone in to talk to at the shop for a product have always been super knowledgeable and always incredibly helpful. I've never come across service like this from a smoke shop and C-Cloud will always be my favorite and in my opinion the best.

I’ve been going here since this place opened and I’ve had a pleasant experience every single time. The woman that works there is so nice and very informative on all the products. They have a lot of unique glass and smoking accessories. Tobacco products are always fresh!

Promised I’d leave a review because they really are great. Beautiful little smoke shop, offer a little bit of everything at prices either comparable or lower than other places. Store is bright, always clean, and well organized. I don’t smoke cigars, but I love going into the walk in humidor. The workers are always super friendly! Ive never been disappointed stopping through.
