They do business with integrity and honesty. Back in September 2021 we did an even trade in. In exchange we received a 2010 Suburban. Initially the Suburban ran good with no issues just minor cosmetic issues. A couple weeks later we started having issues with the car leaking in 2 different places. This was the risk of buying a used car so we put out about $1000 to get it fixed. Then 1 month later the transmission went bad. We were in a tight spot because financially we couldn’t afford to pay $5000+ for the repair. I called Capital Ford very upset hoping they could something but expecting nothing. To my surprise the manager was so professional, understanding and compassionate. They covered 90% of the costs to replace the transmission!!!!! We will do business with them again and refer others simply from our amazing experience. This was such a blessing.

This review is of the sales department. I was having trouble finding the truck that I wanted, just because I was looking for a used one with a certain combination of features, specs, and color, and these guy’s just so happened to have exactly what I was looking for. Jordan Copley was my sales guy and I can’t say enough good things about him. In the end I got exactly what I wanted for my trade and exactly what I wanted to pay for the new one. I had my own financing and unfortunately my bank was already closed for the day. I still got to drive my new truck off the lot same day and brought the check back next day. Seriously great job guys, I can’t thank you enough. Now I do have to say this review is solely of the sales department and I myself work for a service department at a different dealership so I am familiar with all the inner workings. I don’t yet have enough information to make a review on them but…….. so far….. Anyways, more to come, hopefully it’s good.

I was very satisfied with the service I received during the entire process of purchasing my vehicle. My salesman inquired as to what kind of car I wanted. After giving him this information, he stated he would get back with me. When he called me within a week, I was totally shocked. From that moment til the signing of paperwork he left no stone unturned. Definitely will recommend David to others! My Finance Manager Vic was very helpful

My wife and I came in to Capital Ford this weekend to have my car serviced (which is always a 5-star experience in its own right), and came face to face with a beautiful 2-door 2022 Bronco in their showroom. I struck up a conversation with a wonderful salesman by the name of John Blackwell, and before I knew it we were behind the wheel for a test drive. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and the process could not have been easier, faster or friendlier. John made the whole experience a breeze and we are head over heels with our new Bronco. Thank you, John!

Call the Ford dealership and make an appointment to have your car looked at. They should set you up with a customer service rep. that will keep you informed about there findings.
