Very nice, higher-end place. We'd never been, and we probably won't be back. We weren't really acknowledged at all during our time there, though you can see the register from every end of the store. No one said a word to us until the person that must have been the owner came in with a group of people - then the person at the register was suddenly very interactive. Don't get me wrong, retail workers don't owe you a bubbly disposition, but I feel like a little more than nothing would be good, might open the door for someone to ask questions and seek out more items. 4 stars because the owner seems a gem, the place was clean, and it seemed priced within the range for these kinds of places.

Finally stopped into this place last week and upset it took me so long to do so. I was getting dog and cat food from Amazon because I hadn’t seen that brand in many store without being severely overpriced (The Honest Kitchen). So last week while starting to order the food on Amazon this little pet store popped into my head. I checked them out online and saw they carried honest kitchen in store and got excited. I put on my shoes and AirPods and headed out. Another reason I was upset with myself for not going in for so long is because I live about a 4 minute walk away without even having to cross a road. So anyway I get to the store, very clean and well organized, the gentleman at the register greeted me and offered his assistant if I needed any. I am absolutely terrible at remembering names the first time I hear them and unfortunately cannot remembering his name. They had the exact recipe I use for my dog and cat and the same price as Amazon!!!!! I was sold right then. Checking out I also signed up for an account (they only need first and last name) because they have a nice rewards program, which was an added bonus and technically I think now makes it slightly cheaper than Amazon for me. I love having a small local place I can visit to get special items like this. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone with pets.
