Dear Dr. Steven R. Hansen, the sick, injured alley cat you say you're committed to helping has been suffering for a week. I've called your facility 4 times but still the alley cat suffers. A tech was supposed to come out yesterday but never showed up. I'm going to have to get this cat myself. Dispatcher 423 Kaleema is very rude.. she is argumentative and completely unprofessional. She refused to help send out a tech for an injured alley cat, I called back and spoke with another dispatcher and she sent out a tech. The tech who showed up was nice but extremely slow and barely tried to catch the sick, injured 3 legged cat, at that time, your tech said to call back and ask for 2 techs to come to catch the sick cat living in my bush. When I called back like I was told to, your dispatcher Kaleema argued with me again! ..It's your our job to help these sick injured animals. That's why people give you donations. Terrible.

I have never been more thankful for a place that can help someone like me who is on disability and can't afford to get her cat spayed with a regular vet. Due to them having funding at the time I was able to get her not only spayed but chipped and all her shots. Thank you.

I’d never go here again! Needed to get my dogs shots updated to take him to the groomers (his groomer had a baby and was out longer than expected) we had been enjoying the outdoors and my dog loves to roll around so his coat did have mats and dirt so he had an appointment to get groomed but was up for his 3 year shots. Took him here to get updated since the price was cheap (you get what you pay for). The older lady that took my dog looked at him in disgust and when she brought him back to my car she slammed my car door! Anyway I told Banfield what happened and they told me they were not surprised and they often get clients with similar stories of unprofessionalism from this place… NEVER AGAIN! You all could keep your bitter and rotten employees cause No thanks!

It was the first time i had fostered here but they've made it a great experience. They keep up to date with my bottle baby puppies i fostered and they just show they care. I will definitely be fostering in the future from here if not adopting
