Love wing stop but this location needs some work. I order frequently online for pickup and have continuously had issues. Today I waited 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time in store only to come home to the wrong order. Spent more money in gas picking up and returning food that wasn’t for me than the food was even worth. This location is not worth the headache!

I use to hate going to this wing stop but since they hired Michael he makes it a wonderful experience.Thank you for all your hard work my guy your fast polite and make going to wing stop a pleasure that made a great choice hiring you!!!

Im not sure what happened to this place but i will never come to this location again! This was the third time they did something.I'm done. I canceled the order when I got here. This lady was legit scratching her arms that had a rash and handling food with no gloves and to make it worse she did a crappie job of making the wings. They were cold and not evenly coated! I literally saw her put plain wings in the to go box and put the sauce in the box and shook it. Her hand was literally in the sauce with NO GLOVES. From the times I have been there THAT IS NOT the way wing stop makes the wings. It seems like she was in a bad mood. So when she came to give me the food, I told her I didn't like what I saw and want to cancel the order and she proceeded to slam everything in a bad mood. This is absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointed paid $30.00 for food that was not edible. We experienced everything DRY or burnt...they were very busy waited 6 minutes to place my order...I was hoping they were busy translated to great food instead the opposite. The bread was hallowed out and not good enough for human consumption the wings were meatless because they were dry/unable to chew. Fries were a mixture of burnt and regular. We love Wingstop however we can truly say we will not return. Edit: I like to always give accurate reviews. After letting this company know of my experience I was promptly and fully refunded two days later. They were very kind and assured me this is not a typical experience. I was satisfied with the outcome and may try them later in the future.
