This place is aweful to live in. Of course its great deal for a townhome. You'll never sleep. Took em a whole year just to fix the apartment behind us. Havent slept more than 6 hours a night since moving in. They shut the water off all the time without telling you. The people here are aweful. I would NEVER recommend moving here to anyone. I would rather sleep in my car.

A lot of red flags when trying to contact apartment complex. It is difficult to reach anyone at the office. I would call during business hours several times throughout the day and it would go to voicemail. When I finally reached someone to talk about a one bedroom apartment at Stoneside, they said the carpet was being replaced, it would take a week, and they took my name and number. No one called back, so I called them. It took three days to reach someone again. They said the apartment was being cleaned and it would take a week, so we made an appointment to view the apartment. No one was there at the time and date we arranged, no one answered when I called the office. When I went there, there was a closed sign, saying they open at 8am the next day. I called several times more over the next couple of days. I left a few messages. No response. I was looking for an apartment at Stoneside, but the leasing office is at Broadway Ridge about a mile away. With no answer at the office, I drove there several times to find it was closed. I checked in the mornings and in the afternoons. I think this is a bad sign. If only one of these things happened, I wouldn't think anything of it, but the apartment manager is too hard to reach. I am no longer considering moving here. I want to be able to reach someone in the office, and I want the manager to be on-site.

Completely lied to me about everything, especially on when the apartment unit i wanted was going to be ready, and told me there were apartments available when there wasn't any ready at all, but i viewed toured the unit and everything. Also just took my application fee money and then try to email me stating i needed to submit another one. Do not recommend! False information 😣

Was considering renting here, but after reading comments and how in depth they go into the google comments about the personal business between them and clients is horrendous. I'm honestly afraid something would go wrong and they'd put me in the fire, even if it wasn't me who posted a comment.

Not sure, call the office
Yes, we do allow dogs up to 35 pounds. They must be approved by management and there are certain breeds not allowed. Please give us a call to discuss your pet.
