I purchased new tires and wheels and free rotation came with them. Was told it was first come first serve when they open so I stood outside as they open and told them I needed my tires rotated. I was told that it was going to be three or four hours before they could get to me even though I was second in line. Just seems like since I wasn’t actually paying for them they did not have time for me. And to me that is unacceptable

This was my 3rd time getting an alignment with them. Their price is good, but their customer service is not. I had to approach the window about my vehicle being ready after an hour and she told me 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I approached again, and no one was to be found. When someone told her I was waiting, she asked if she could help me... I asked her about the status of my vehicle. She looked around and saw my keys and paperwork. Who knows how long it had been ready! They are not rude by any means, but really not centered on their customers. I won't be returning.

Very nice indeed I will be getting about 1500.00$ in work done there soon they got me straight on everything all at one stop and put air in my tires 😀
