I visited this store intending to purchase an external DVD writer. I checked online first to verify they had one in stock, most listed as being sold in store were listed out of stock but there was one type on hand. Walked around the store for a little while (5 to 8 min), an associate asked a person next to me if they needed help. They helped that person and didn't offer to help me. Thinking that odd I walked by them multiple times and other associates multiple times, no offers of help. Customer service is my 'thing'. I made it a point to walk by people multiple times, including the original person obviously looking for something. Plenty of glances my way but no help. Finally I went to him again. Being close to him he turns to me and offers help. I describe what I am looking for, he looks at another associate who immediately looks at him, mentions the item, a shake of the head, brings me to a bunch of dvd boxes and an empty spot. "Looks like we're out". Ok, I'm done. Never going back there again. Not great customer service.

Print and marketing associate Bradley was a huge help. I had a very confusing and complicated shipping label process and he helped me figure it out while also simultaneously helping other customers. Great service. Overall great store. Very thankful for the help I received.

Terrible experience. I would give less than 1 star if possible. I simply went there to purchase a modem so I could lower my cable bill. Long story short I ended up leaving there with what I was told was a modem and a router but it was only a router. So I wasted a lot of time going back and forth. I purchased what I needed somewhere else and we'll try to never do business there again

Helpful services, and helpful staff. Good color printing, on posterboard, foamcore and everything. Knowledgeable staff, and at the copy area as well as on the floor and at the registers. And I have to say, the faxes are a little bit expensive per page ( roundabout 160 Add per page sent), but it was a lot faster than walking each page to California. :-)
