Two weeks ago I took my girlfriends son to buy his first car. We looked at a Ford Fusion and he really liked the car. We negotiated a deal. Now the fun part. He paid for the vehicle in cash, was told it was immediately going in for service. It didn't go in for service for well over a week. Excuse after excuse. Finally got calls saying the car would be ready by 8/5. Keep in mind he bought the car 7/25? Yesterday 8/4 I get a call saying to motor is junk and the car needs a new motor at 75,000 miles on the car? Was told they will now just issue a full refund. At no point in time did they say we have other cars lined up for us to come take a look at. Just gave it the "oh well you'll get a full refund. Today we picked up the check and was told " we are being honest, we could have just fixed things stated and gave you the car" sorry who says that. I have done business with this group in the past, but NEVER AGAIN!!. Apparently they service the cars after you buy them??? So buyer beware
