I brought my Pixel 3a XL for repair. It would not take a charge anymore, despite trying multiple chargers and cables. Jamel explained what options I had for repair. I gave my approval and then Jamel said he'd check one more thing first. He examined the charging port and was able to fix the connectivity issue after a few minutes without taking the phone apart. We tested it and my phone was charging flawlessly. No charge and super supportive and helpful. Thank you Jamel!

Store manager Brandon was very helpful with my phone. I brought my phone in because of a broken screen. During the repair, the back glass was damaged. With Brandon's assistance I was able to recieve a NEW in box 22 ultra to replace my 21 ultra. Great service.👍
