Ordered a pizza for the Super Bowl 5 hours ahead and it’s now 90 minutes late. They won’t answer their phone to see what the heck is going on either. UPDATE EDIT: I understand they were very busy. The store did comp the pizza and wings for us to try and make it better. Which I appreciated BTW. I just wish when we called they would have told us it was ready for pickup instead of saying it wasn't yet done. We only live a mile down the road and that's why I went to pick up for my father. Appreciate the comp and I am sure my father will order from you in the future as he LOVES your pizza. He was excited for me to try it as I had just gotten back from a Chicago business trip. Unfortunately I can't rate this better as the pizza was old and cold. Maybe next time I am in town I will try again and can update this. Wings were good though. Good job on those! SO I gave you an additional star.

Service here was absolutely poor, been passed by several times waiting for my order without attentiveness of how long it will be or if I needed water. Came in for the first time wanting to know of any recommendations, but was just told "the pizza". I get it's a pizza place, but what other options? Even missing a chance to upsale since there's a Wednesday special for getting a 16" when I ordered a 14". Won't be back anytime soon. Update: Pizza was good, but would recommend more sauce though, felt it wasn't worth $27

I ordered a Chicago-style pizza from this location on DoorDash and found a huge piece of plastic in my pizza. DoorDash credited my order with an additional $10 added. If I hadn't been using a fork and knife, I easily could have choked. The food here isn't safe for consumption.

Hope you like grease! Damn good Chicago Deep Dish! Outside sitting in the best deep dish in Chicago this is one of the best you can get. One slice feeds a family of four for a week. Wife and I split a slice and are stuffed to the top. Wow! Simply Wow!
