Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Went in to pickup a online order and the order was placed at another Agua Fria location. I showed proof of purchase and the gal at the register said sorry sir your food is at the other location. I had to make a scene before this location would honor the sale. The other Aqua Fria location is 17 miles from this one. You have employees working at this location that have no business being employed. It took them 20 minutes to make my sandwich and fries even with proof if purchase. We live less than a mile from this location and will never go back. Customer service has disappeared in the restaurant business today.

Great food a little expensive but worth it. They do need to have training on customer service the employees are not very welcoming or friendly. Had to ask for my drink cup a few times.

I haven't been here in a few years, but it was as good as I remember it being. The meat is juicy and tender and fresh veggies. I prefer a bit more mushrooms than was on my sandwich, but good amount of caramelized onions. I recommend the strawberry lemonade which is very delicious. Charley's has been at Amc 30 for as long as I can remember. They have always been good, just a limited menu and a little pricey for me. They don't offer jalapeno cheese fries anymore which were great, so I opted for just cheese fries.
