You have to time it right. Each car in front of you is a solid 15 minute wait. But I will never wait in a lobby for a traditional oil change again!! Consistently great and efficient service and the staff are always friendly.

I wish I was rich so I could tip each of them $100. Busting out cars in 106° smiling, laughing, conversing the whole time. Double checking specs and procedures with each other constantly and very friendly the whole time. It’s rare to see business locations function as an efficient and synonymous team and they killed it. Thanks for the service y’all! Wish we had more of that up here in Prescott.

The service was good, Joseph and Nathan are really good employees. The garage gets a zero for not having the coolers running because it does get hot in the building while you’re waiting.the employees need a decent work environment as well. Other than that I would recommend going there. Five stars when they get the coolers running so it’s more comfortable in the garage.

Normally this location is quick and friendly. Today they were taking longer for specific services for some cars, which is not a big deal. The attendant pulled me into a bay with only 1 car in front of me and 1 being worked on. They were moderately busy at the time with a couple of cars in the other 2 bays. As time passed, and the cars in other lines went through, my line was not moving. The attendant came after about 35 min and indicated the car was getting a special service that was taking a long time. Not a problem for me although it was frustrating to have the other cars go through in other bays while me and the car ahead of me were still waiting. After 45 min I see the attendant going to cars asking them to all back up. He finally informed me that he was going to move the car in front of me to another bay to go in next and he would "try to make room for my car somewhere". He was talking about placing my car behind 2 cars that had only just pulled in. And I told him I should be able to pull in behind the car that was in front of me. At this point, we were the only cars still waiting after 45 min and all other cars had pulled in long after we did. Once the cars were all backed up, including myself, we waited for further instructions. The attendant then walks to my car and says "are you going to wait or leave?" I had never given him an indication that I was leaving at all so his comments were rude anyway. I asked him where he would pull my car since now he was letting all the other cars pull back in without putting my car in. He apologized and said it was a frustrating situation for them all and it's "overwhelming" and he was sorry...but still not saying that he would get my car in the line of cars. And where he was going to place me would put me even further in the line up. I decided to do as he suggested and leave. This is the worst experience I've had at this location. I was not impatient with the wait and I was actually understanding that they were very busy. But he handled this all wrong. He was unwilling to ask the other cars to move to allow me to pull in, and wanted me to make even further concessions so he didn't have to inconvenience drivers to move again. Beyond ridiculous.

Price varies on type of oil and how many quarts used.
Full synthetic is 85. Hybrid oil is 65. I don't use conventional.
