Waste of time! Don’t go here. I brought my daughter her because she had a cut that had grown, and just didn’t look right.. The dr here told me to just put Neosporin on it… after another day it still wasn’t showing any signs of getting better and I ended up taking her to her pediatrician, turns out it was a staph infection and they were shocked that the urgent care dr recommended neosporin on it, since that won’t help at all. After our doctor got her on antibiotics she is finally doing better! My doctor knew right away it was a staph infection, so I’m really surprised that the doctor at the urgent care was so wrong!!

Denied my three-year-old an urgent care visit for a serious trauma accident because of a past due $50 co-pay under myself. Receptionist was absolutely emotionless about it. They care more about money than helping children. Absolutely disappointing. Not using this facility again. Edit: We went to Express Care in Berlin, right down the road, instead. Prompt care, real Covid precautions in place. Are always willing to bill the co-pay for later payment. They’re in network too, so everything will be viewable by his dr.

My partner was turned away at this urgent care facility despite the fact that she has a PPO plan with a major medical provider (Tufts). The receptionist said that they couldn’t find her provider in the database and wasn’t able to call because it was a weekend. The only option was to pay out of pocket and hope to get reimbursed ($139 for the visit plus who knows how much for stitches). Unbelievable that we pay for the absolute best health insurance that we possibly can through our employer and we are treated as if we have no insurance due to their faulty database. We also found out that they do not treat people with Medicaid (which we don’t have, but good for people reading this review to know). Absolutely unacceptable, will be going to St Johnsbury or Littleton in the future.

The staff at this clinic are the best! Friendly, professional, on their A game... In the world of Covid shutting down all businesses from a lack of staff, these folks (3 people, on a Sunday) rolled up their sleeves, opened for businesses, and attended to everyone in need. They had the option of staying closed for the day, but instead, worked triple time, and did it with a smile. That pretty much sums it up. Thank you!
