We were offered cold water or soda, enthusiastically educated on the history of the dealership, and given a thorough tour! Along the way, we met the very cool owner who told us to not miss seeing the granite quarry down the road and a few other pointers. By far, the best dealership experience of our many travels.

How can I even begin to explain the exceptional service that we received at Wilkins Harley-Davidson. If there was a way to "add" more stars, we would. This week we were finishing up our week long motorcycle vacation, when my husband discovered his rear breaks weren't working. Over 350miles from home and not knowing the area, we googled the closest dealership, only to find Wilkins and a 45 minute ride later, they were exceptional. From the moment we entered we felt this was a great choice! Finding out that our bike wouldn't be able to be repaired until the next day, we purchased a "new to us" bike and couldn't be happier. Everyone and I mean everyone, was fantastic, from service, to sales, to financing...every single person gives the Harley Davidson brand a good name and they represent the company well! Wilkins Harley Davidson is a great place to buy a bike ! I’ve been many places and this dealership always make me smile when I walk in the door . Dot have great bikes , yes but that’s not it . Do they have cool clothes , yes but that’s not it . Service and parts yes they have those too ,but what makes me smile is when I walk in I feel like family . I’m greeted with a smile even it’s a new employee who doesn’t even know me . They make you welcome and treat you fairly. Yes it a business yes the sell motorcycles and apparel but it’s a fair place to do business and you will always be treated good ! Delivering the American dream for a lot of years !
