Delivery fees are about the same as my service fee if not more at times.... I tried to get a breakdown from the company on how exactly the delivery fees is calculated and they couldn't even explain it to me aside from "it is the cost of getting the power from us to your house". I need a new power supplier!

No problems in upstate NY. Bought house 2 years ago and moved in a week after, power was on and outages have never been longer than a couple hours in really bad weather. One star seriously?

Worst billing system ever. When you try to pay the app and the website timeout. They tell you to clear your cookies and that does nothing. Don't even get me started on the auto answering system. To top it off, the rep just hangs up twice without saying hello. It amazes me how this company is in business.

Turned our power off a day early when we hadn’t change billing over to our names yet after moving in. We got the billing figured out and were approved that day, and were told we would have electric by the next day at 3. The next day we received a call saying it wouldn’t actually be until the following day, which seemed odd because it was New Year’s Day. Sure enough it’s New Years Day, our house is 52 degrees and after calling them we get their answering machine saying they’re closed for the holiday. Absolute joke of a company, wish I didn’t even have to give them one star

Yes you can. But they are going to have to be present at the time of payment to give consent to the customer rep. to use the card.

Sounds like a land lord wiring setup. Not sure National Grid could help. Call them to possible help verify your suspicions though. Good luck
