Simons was amazing! I needed a water heater replaced and I wanted to get it done before our firstborn came, and they were super accommodating. Honey was fantastically responsive (even communicating through a power outage!) and Matt & Kenny, the guys who came to do the job, were quick and thorough (they even installed an auto water shutoff valve for me while they were here). I can't recommend them enough, and they'll be the first people I turn to going forward!

I absolutely recommend Simons, hands down!!! Honey is the absolute best at customer service, which you don't often receive these days. Simons was there for us in our time of need, when the HVAC unit died in the dead of winter 2018 (came out the next day, and a full installation the day after that, which was on a Saturday). That was so comforting after dealing with prior incompetent service company whom took our money stating that the unit is fine 3 weeks prior; when clearly it wasn't. We're on Simons 2-service maintenance plan, and still receive the same great service since that first day in 2018.

We had an on-demand LP hot water system installed . Missy was extremely helpful and returned calls quickly. From the initial phone call, the person who came out for the estimate to the crew that installed the unit, every part of the process was great.

Jake was awesome to work with to make sure I got the right equipment for my house. He wasn't pushing to upscale but was knowledgeable of the equipment he was selling and explained what options I had. Aaron and Johnathan was very professional, curtious. They were respectful of our home and laid down throw blankets and wore boot covers while doing the installation. They both take pride in there work and it shows. The three day project installing a tankless water heater, central air and hot air furnace went flawless and they all made it stress free for me and my family.
