the repairman did a great job fixing my appliance but i sure hope he is not so friendly and flirtatious with all his female customers. it made myself and my husband quite uncomfortable. My husband almost requested a new repairman come back to finish the job. i found it quite disturbing and rather unprofessional. must be the guy doesn't have a significant other the way he was acting. my stove works and thats all that matters now. if i need them in the future i may request a different repairman.

Great experience with our washer and dryer purchase and delivery. Mark made sure we purchased the machines we needed. At delivery time, Kyle and Eric arrived on time and explained that Eric is a trainee and Eric apologized in advance for "taking his time to make sure everything was right". They were both careful, polite and thorough. No need to apologize, Eric. You're both getting it right!

I called Tatro's to repair our dishwasher. They had to replace the inlet, which ended up costing me over $1,000 for the parts, labor and repair AND while they repaired the dishwasher, the technician caused a leak. They left my house without being able to even test the dishwasher because of the leak they caused they had to turn the water off and said I had to hire a plumber for the leak. I asked Tatro's to reimburse for the leak and they said NO. The technician literally 100% hung up the phone on me. I tried several times to resolve this with the company on our own, but they refused to cover the cost to fix the leak that they caused, so now we are headed to small claims court. This would have easily been avoided if they just took responsibility for their mistake, apologized for causing the leak, and reimburse me the cost of having to hire a plumber. All of this extra hassle, after already paying Tatro's $818.19 to replace the inlet in my dishwasher, and spending over $1,000 on fixing my dishwasher.

Hired them to fix appliances but they charged us nearly $600 and did not fix anything. The tech was extremely rude and whiny, and just tried to sell us new appliances from their store. Hired another local tech who was pleasant and fixed all the appliances Tatro's refused to fix, for half the price. Tatros told us we had to buy a new dishwasher from them when all that needed to be done was replace a leaky seal. Apparently Tatros has been dropped from companies as authorized servicers because they lie and tell people their appliances are past warranty and then they charge customer and then collect on the warranty too. CROOKS!
