This is the second time in two weeks I have had to go to urgent care. The NP Douglas and nurse Taylor were exceptional. Douglas was thorough and professional and it was one of the better assessments I have had. Taylor was friendly, professional and very kind. I was seen quickly. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was an X-ray tech in house, but I understand that is related to the current medical staffing issue. Thank you for great care.

I cannot say enough good things about Convenient MD in Windham NH. My recent visit went as well as could be expected. Everyone I met was friendly, courteous, competent and professional. I felt like my health and welfare really mattered to them. They listened to everything I had to say, and responded in a positive manner. I have been here several times in the past and had the same experience.

I’ve been a few times, taken my kids a few times. Various reasons of course. At least half the time the billing was a headache. I’m sorry, if I am there for treatment and one receptionist takes my info for treatment, and I visit another one for payment, I would at least expect my billing to be more organized. You have the people! But instead, I hand my credit card, assume it’s all set. Pay my credit card at the end of the month- and then 3+ months later, I get a bill for the total receipt I signed months prior. Why? Because of billing disorganization…. When you have medical questions and it inconveniences your life- the last thing you need is the billing questions and taunt. Especially months later. My copay never changed. There should not be new charges. So my $45 is now $90 to ConvenientMD- for the same visit copay. Oh but treatment. It’s been alright. People were nice, but we were referred elsewhere. So it was spending this money to go see professionals in another facility.

Out of State visitor with a probable ear infection. Walked in and was greeted quickly and professionally. A 15 minute wait after the front desk attendant taking the necessary data and I was with a nurse. Standard medical history taken, ear checked by PA, and I’m on my way out. Professional courteous staff at all levels. I’ll use them again and recommend them based on my personal experience.

They can certainly do x-rays if you can get in and if the attending physician deems x-rays are necessary.

Yes, we do accept Masshealth at our Massachusetts clinics. However, we don't currently accept Masshealth at our clinics in Maine and New Hampshire.
Hi Linda, we do offer COVID-19 testing, and Medicare is accepted - no appointment required. However, we cannot guarantee that results will be returned within 48 hours, at this time results are being returned in up to 5 days.
Hi Timothy, yes! We treat cuts and lacerations and can certainly provide stitches if necessary.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refills on prescriptions for blood pressure medication as it is an ongoing medical condition which requires constant follow up from a primary care physician. If you are looking to obtain a new primary care we do have a list of available providers that are currently accepting patients we can provide if you would like to stop into one of our clinics. Hello Janet! Yes, we most certainly can treat children for bug bites! Our clinics are walk-in and are open 8am-8pm seven days a week so you can feel free to come by at your convenience. Thank you!
