Absolutely beautiful castle but sadly you can't go inside unless your attending an event held there.

We just attended the Royal Mother’s Day Celebration at Searles Castle & it was wonderful. The food, decor, service etc., everything was amazing. Each staff person was helpful, professional & personable. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Searles Castle and all of the staff who helped us have the perfect wedding. Our wedding was August 2nd and our guests are still raving about the venue! Shaun was amazing when it came to coordinating all of the details and ensuring that everything went smoothly leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day. He and the rest of the staff worked tirelessly to make sure we could enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the little details. We really felt taken care of. The food was delicious and our waitress even put together a plate of appetizers to make sure we got some since we took photos during our cocktail hour. The venue itself was just stunning and I couldn’t have imagined my wedding anywhere else. Searles was the first and last venue we toured, we knew once we visited that we had have our wedding there.

Searles Castle-- WOW. This whole experience was just incredible. Shaun made planning so easy and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish! They were all super accommodating and moved with a purpose, they all worked so seamlessly together. I had an accident with my foot right in the middle of cocktail hour, where I was sure I was going to have to go to the hospital, and the party would have to go on without the bride and groom. The entire staff acted immediately with first aid, getting medical attention, and even set up a hidden stool with ice under my table to elevate my foot. They all made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t say enough about the staff and how incredible my experience was with them all. They have an onsite catering company, and the food was so delicious! On top of all that, A BEAUTIFUL venue for a romantic, memorable, fairy tale wedding. The scenery is picture perfect, and our photos turned out phenomenally! A beautiful venue inside and outside, every inch of the castle is breathtaking. My husband and I feel so lucky to have gotten married here. If you are looking for a perfect venue for a wedding your guests will NEVER forget, book your wedding at Searles Castle!

Unfortunately we are not open to the public.
I work catering there and they recently put up private property signs so I would call and find out. Not sure what the new owners rule for that is.
To the best of my knowledge you need to call in advance to set up any sort of photo shoot, wedding, etc ( at least as far as the castle itself is concerned)... however I have taken my family there more times than I can count over the last decade ( to the "lower pond and falls" area) and I have never had any problems...legal or otherwise 😀....hope this helps!
We were bused in from a hotel about 30 minutes away. I saw a small area where the busses loaded and unloaded. Your best bet is to call them.
Not to visit the castle. You might have to purchase tickets for specific events. Typically they hold weddings on the weekends so it's best to check ahead of time to see if the castle has been booked or not.
Free.
Searles has a banquet coordinator. Call and ask for her. Good luck
When? When Searles built it, it was largely a secondary castle to hold items not in use at his primary. Now, it serves largely as a function venue. Mostly weddings late Spring, Summer, and Fall. Christmas parties, showers, etc in cooler weather.
