Pace of play was terrible... Took 2hrs 45min to play 9 holes on a Wed 6pm tee time... At one point four groups were waiting at the tee box behind a VERY slow playing group

Back 9 is fairly wet but the front 9 is drier. The tee boxes could use some maintenance or repositioning but the greens are in decent condition.

Out of all the courses I played so far this year (20) I have to say that Windham country club has been my favorite. Great pro shop, more than I expected. Everyone that works there is super nice in the course it’s not only fantastic but it is in fantastic condition.

Beautiful course with a great mix of long fairways and technical shots. Carts were clean, in good condition, and included USB charging outlets. The staff was friendly and parking was ample. I would recommend this golf course to other golfers. The drive from Boston is not bad either.
