Wow. Had a very different experience here than what some others have reported. Disourteous would be an understatement...rude is more fitting. Maybe because they are one of the few games in town, they feel they can yell at their customers and choose who to be civil to.

I can’t give enough superlatives for this shop and the two guys who run it. I spoke with Tom & Al describing the problem I was having with my 400 CD storage CD player. I really didn’t think it could be fixed, but Al worked on it & fixed it to be as good as new. This was all done on the same day! I brought it in to be looked at in the morning, and in a few hours, it was fixed and ready to be picked up! These guys really know their stuff & I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fast service, totally honest, knowledgeable technicians. Even though they advised me against repairing my 1980s era cassette deck, they were totally up front about why it wasn't worth it and had options ready for me to consider. Great service!

Great service. My pioneer xdj rx2 beat fx level/depth knob was completely busted. Al was able to diagnose over the phone based off of my description of the problem. The next day he was able to run a diagnostic on the entire unit to make sure everything else was running correctly and fixed the knob as well in the same day. Had it back a few hours later and was spinning tunes that night.
