I rarely walk away from a business thinking I need to leave a review, but here we are... So I guess other UPS locations have been really generous, because they’ve always helped me tape packages if I hadn’t sealed them properly. Sure, I accept responsibility here - I paid for the tape and did it myself. The problem I have is that after I finished taping, I asked if I should leave my packages in front of the counter. The 3 employees (an older male and female, and one young female) tell me I have to bring the packages behind their counter to the back of their store. Like, what -????? Why don’t I just walk straight to the Amazon distribution center while I’m doing your job for you. I had large, heavy packages that I ended up leaving on a cart behind the counter (with the helping hand of another customer). Running errands can be a pleasant experience - just don’t do it here, because the staff is unhelpful and just plain rude.

I was trying to send an international covid care package for my family. After spending several minutes taking down all my information they basically said they don't know how to send an international package and that their boss is the only one who knows how to send international packages and he was not in for the next couple days. I was asked to try USPS. I didn't realize you would operate an establishment with staff that is not trained. Really disappointed and won't be coming back here again.

This place is a joke. Took a box here for a return from an Amazon purchase. I had the label on my phone but because Amazon didn't include a QR code, I was told I have two choices: 1. Go home, print the label and bring it back to them with the label attached; or 2. Pay them $3.56 for them to print the label for me. Why they're charging $3.56 for one sheet of paper is a mystery to me but what's worse, the staff were absolutley infuriating. Condescending, completely apathetic and disinterested. I'll drive my package back to the shipper personally before I return to this place. Save yourself the headache and do your shipping business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I’ve lived in half a dozen places in the last 6 years and this is the worst store I’ve been to. My first and last time going here. I will go out of my way to use another location. I wanted to use two strips of tape to ship a package and they said I had to buy a $7 roll of tape to do it. First UPS location I’ve been to that doesn’t have it available. That’s annoying but wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t get the curt attitude like I should have known their unique store policy my very first time coming here. I guess I see why the ratings are so bad

Yes, our hours on Sunday are 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, please visit our website for our latest hours and more information.
To my knowledge, there is no exact delivery time. The closest thing is shipping one of the overnight options, which is 8:30am, 10:30am, or before 3pm for next day.
