Lots of restaurants, and best of all Harkins Theatres . Lots of parking , easy access to get in from Shea, or from Scottsdale Rd

Where there is handicap parking near the restaurant Coconuts, there are NO ramps to get up on sidewalk. Not at all convenient for the handicapped person.

Managed to get a handicapped space next to the theater. Enjoyed the movie and then picked-up dinner before driving home. Nice to have so many options.

Nice cozy area, with many places to have fun. They have Harkins (movie theater/ cinema) and some restaurants.
