I found an item online I wanted to purchase but I wanted more photos before the purchase since it was a final sale and could not be returned once purchased. I called the store spoke with Jackie and she told me how to email the store and she sent me the pictures right away. I am very happy and satisfied she didn’t hesitate to do it!!’ Thank you Jackie and the rest of the team!!!!

Platos in Jensen Beach wowed me with their impeccable customer service & kindness. I happened to get lost finding the store and Jackie was so sweet to stay on the phone with me until I could find my way. She was kind, patient & had a wonderful attitude that she really was trying to help me. Everytime I have called or visited the store, Jackie and the other customer service reps were so patient and kind, not what the usual rushed and silent service I often experience at top retailers. Jackie has a real genuine gift for customer service & shines ✨️ like a star that she is! Iam very pleased I was referred to Platos as the products look amazing and the cost is a fraction of other top retailers. I will definitely be a regular customer and refer friends to check it out!
