The store experience was good. The product and service afterward, has not been. I got my high-school aged son a Bellanest Imperial memory foam mattress, plus the mattress cover with warranty. After 1 year, the mattress has formed a permanent dip and offers no support. It's so soft, it compresses to the foundation. We unexpectedly moved out of the northeast, Raymour & Flanigan's area, about 8 months after purchasing the mattress. Trying to get any remedy with the warranty has been a dead end. The warranty doesn't mention at all what happens if you go out of their territory - they simply do nothing to make it right. They have your money, and that's all that matters. It is not feasible to do a mattress exchange from where we live now. Raymour & Flanigan customer support told me to contact the mattress manufacturer, see what other stores near me sell it so I can do an exchange here. They were THAT disinterested in communicating with me, they could not even LOOK at the sales order to see I bought Raymour & Flanigan's exclusive store brand. They offer no prorated refund to go toward the cost of getting a new mattress, in lieu of exchange given the circumstances. If there's even a remote possibility you will move out of their area during the warranty window, do not purchase anything from Raymour & Flanigan. If you must shop here for lack of other options, do not waste your money on their store brand, get a national brand. That way if you end up moving out of the area, you may have some chance of a more trustworthy company assisting you if your purchase should require repair or exchange.

Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.

For delivery within our guaranteed 3-Day or Less Delivery Zone & Extended-Local Delivery Area your furniture will be delivered by a Raymour & Flanigan Delivery Team. First, they'll open and inspect your items prior to delivery to make sure they meet our high quality standards. Then, they'll set up and assemble your furniture in your room of choice.
