Now that I have used them a few weeks I realize cordless shades are a pain to keep them even. My kitchen window has the cords, otherwise I would not be able to have top down position. I wish all the shades I purchased had cords....or more specific your store presenters should make it known you will always have to adjust cordless to keep even. Also I felt my bathroom shade was a bit small. The installer said he would note it to the store. Never got an answer.

Great experience, from the purchase at the store through the installation. Sales consultant was friendly and patient and answered all my questions to help me choose which blinds to get. The gentleman that came out to measure did so when it was convenient for me and let me know exactly what I needed to do to be ready for the new blinds. And the installer arrived first thing on a Saturday morning, and in less than an hour I had my beautiful new blinds. What a difference, thank you!

Service was excellent when I went in to choose my blinds. Joe did not hurry me and helped me choose the blinds with pictures I had taken of colors of wall in my home and the floor color very pleased. Installer name Frisco . Was very pleasant and helpful with questions I had asked. He made sure that the blinds were to his liking and mine . We were missing 2 veins from the factory and said he would call the office before he left and he did and told me he would be back as soon as they came in . Very honest and did what he said . We could not have asked for a better experience. Michelle came to our house and made the process easy and enjoyable for us. We needed to order a select few new blinds to match existing ones and she used her experience and knowledge to make sure they were matched even though the product lines had changed a bit. She was able to easily access the original order even though it was 7+ years old and had been placed with the original design of the home. Professional, courteous, personable and knowledgable regarding all aspects of the process. 5 STARS! We plan on redoing the entire house at some point in the future and look forward to working with Michelle again. Thanks Michelle!
