Awesome experience at CarMax. There are no hidden fees attached, what you see is what you pay, and I found their prices to be very competitive in relation to other offers I received from alternative dealerships in this market. I was helped by Jenna and Matt Jones, both incredibly helpful and courteous. Relatively painless process, when I was there we encountered a delay getting some paperwork from my auto insurance company (no fault of CarMax's). To make up for the inconvenience, they offered to reimburse me for the cost of lunch which was great customer service not often found in car dealerships. Absolutely no complaints and can't recommend enough.

Bought a very nice used car from CarMax. After reviewing car and price on their website and holding it so we could test drive. Got a good CarMax offer for our old car. Asked for and was given the dCarMax finance information. We were excited with the professional and friendly process, and got our new car. Took the car in a week later for minor trim fix, that was promptly repaired. The complete CarMax procedure and the whole staff is a wonderful way to buy a car.
