He tried to slip in addition charges after agreeing on a price and after he was asked multiple times if there were any other charges. Took our business else where. Got the same exact new truck for $3,000 less.

Was contacted by Boch Nissan while browsing their website looking at nee vehicles. I told them exactly what I was looking for and that I was in talks with another dealership. I was told that if I emailed them the quote that they guaranteed they can beat the others prices within reason but I had to be there in person and that would not discuss any financial details over the phone even though I was more then an hour away. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment with them after discussing information with them. When I got there I told them had an appointment with Tony or David the sales managers and they would not let me meet with them and instead had me meet with a regular salesperson and I had to start the whole process over even though everything was already discussed and filled out over their financial website. After several phone calls and discussions about how they guarantee they can get me lower prices because of all their stores and all the financial offices they work with their final offer price was still above what the original quote was that I had. They had not reviewed any of the information that they had requested and would not budge on even matching what they guaranteed would be a lower price. This was your typical bait and switch con where they guarantee you everything to get you in the store and once you are there they make every excuse and lied about what they can do to help you.
