We were returning a poster that they had mislabeled and they were not going to allow us a refund because it was previously opened. The only way we knew it was mislabeled was because my daughter opened it, and she immediately put it back in the plastic sleeve as soon as she noticed. After some back and forth with my wife involved they did finally allow us an exchange but the person at the register was unapologetic and tried to say we should've been more careful like it was somehow our fault. I think they figured they could just brush off a kid trying to get a refund/exchange because they didn't change their tune till my wife got involved. Otherwise, it's just like any other Newbury comics store.

Pretty big store, decent layout. I don't usually buy anything though, sales on my collectables are rare. Still my favorite place to stop in to window shop.

Has lots of pop culture items and merchandise from popular series. Has comics, Mangas, movies, posters, vinyls, Funko Pops, and many collectibles that will attract fans of trending series

I've been coming here for years. Although it's an online world now and I admit that I do alot of my shopping online now, I always stop by Newbury Comics every once in a while. Lots of good vinyl and action figures, including Funko Pops. Cool store !
