Absolutely horrific customer service every time I have had to interact with an employee. The parking garage on 5th and B constantly has homeless people camping out in the lobbies of different floors asking for money. I’ve had employees cars broken into and vandalized a half dozen times. When you pay a hefty monthly fee for parking you would hope it would be safe and clean… I have found it to be neither in the 7 years I’ve worked downtown.

Easy park tickets you twice in the same hour. I received a $20 ticket at 11:21 a.m. and then they came back around at 12:20 p.m. and gave me another $20 ticket. No wonder no one goes downtown anymore. The parking is the worst and Easy Park is the epitome of corporate greed!

Paying for downtown parking is always a bummer but it doesn't need to be as much of a bummer as it is with Easy Park. Their app is glitchy and rarely works correctly the first time. The monthly permits for street parking are very costly and the value received is supposed to be clean up for the streets and walkways, snow removal, and increased presence and security. Easy Park doesn't do any of those things well. My job doesn't have any private parking so I have to get a monthly permit or pay crazy prices in daily rates just to be able to park near my office. And even though I get monthly permits, I still get citations sometimes which they won't reverse if you call them. You have to create an account, give all of your information, and fill out an online form even though it is their employee's error. If I didn't commute in every day I would take the bus or bike to work just to avoid messing with Easy Park.

The parking attendants are extremely rude and unhelpful, and the online payment system never works correctly. They seem to be on a mission to extract as much money from the downtown community as possible, rather than manage an organized, useful parking system. One of the worst downtown organizations period.
