I called, and went there, Spoke with 2 sales people who tried to get the Manager to come and help me but "the manager is too busy right now." So much for customer service. I purchased Juice Beauty Cream Eye Shadow Stick.. color Stone. Upon using it I felt something like sand or little rocks in the stick. This caused scratches and swelling on my eye lids. I went back to Ulta/Anaheim explained my problem, showed my eyelids to the sales person and asked for a refund. I was informed by said salesperson (as the Manager was unavailable) that Juice Beauty uses only natural ingredients and this is simply an imperfection that happens with this product. They said to shave a bit off every time I use it. That is a waste of money and product. I called several times trying to speak with the Manager and one was never available. This was over the course of several months. I wrote to Juice Beauty, LeAnn, Customer Care Team advised me that ....."We formulate with cold pressed oils and it sounds like it did not mix well. We recommend having Ulta replace or issue a refund for this product." The sales person today said "we don't carry this product any more and we can only offer you a refund at the very lowest price it sold for but I have to get a manager. Ha!!!.. I was offered no other product to replace this eye stick cream. I will not shop at Ulta/Anaheim again. Refund came from Juice Beauty and they should pull their products from this store!

So I purchase a lancome foundation at another ulta location and the person that helped me didnt color match me correctly anyway I had to go back to this location and exchange it for different color thanks to Robert I was able to find the perfect match he was very nice and knew exatly what he was talking about and willing to help and answer all my questions thank you robert .

Went to this location with my girlfriend so she could pick out one of her birthday presents and was rudely followed by the security guard the whole time making us feel very uncomfortable. There was plenty of other people im the store to keep a eye on, he did not even do it stealth like, he would walk right up and stare. B. ....

Employees are nice. I went to get some brushes and everyone was really helpful from floor staff to the cashiers. My only complaint was that I wish the shelves were more organized, it seems a lot of customers just don't care enough to put products back properly so there's stuff that's misplaced throughout the store and sometimes even stuff on the ground. Otherwise this is a decent Ulta and employees can help you find what you want, they're all very kind and willing to help you.
