If I could leave a zero I would. Usually go there and get disposables and besides them running out of flavors I like never had a issue. Well today I decided I would check out a regular vape pen that you refill with the juice. Well I asked the guy multiple times if it was gonna be harsh and that I would just stick to disposables if it was he assured me it would be just like a disposable and how much better it was so I took his word for it cause he kept on telling me I would love it but not to worry just hold onto my receipt and I could return if I didn’t like it. Well it’s so harsh I can’t smoke it at all so I went back in and what do you know? He lied there isn’t any returns. Don’t listen to the employees all there worried about it pushing a sale! Won’t go here again will definitely go anywhere else but here cause now I’m stuck with something basically brand new that I won’t use and out 60$. Go me.

Amazing customer service! I quit smoking about 6 weeks ago and was using disposable vapes and wanted to switch to an actual vape that I could refill and not having vaped out of a refillable for over 5 years I was at square 1. So much has changed in the vape world since then. Alex had great customer service. Helped me understand all the new stuff with vapes from what I’m looking for in a vape, what mg of liquid I’d be using, wattages, the whole 9 yards. Even offered to help me set it up! Great customer service. Great prices and products. 10/10 will be back!

Been to several vape stores around the area. This place is way above the rest. Always someone available to help and waiting for you to walk in - that is unheard of customer service these days. On top of that, they have great prices and the crew behind the counter all works together to get you what you need as fast as possible. I have been in 10? times and this is true every time. This last time I needed a new box and knew where to start, and was not disappointed. The rep I spoke with recommended a brand I wasn't sure about, but I listened to her (sorry I don't remember your name), bought some juice and a new battery, she opened it all and showed me how it worked, got the parts I wanted, listened to my concerns, and got me in a new mod I couldn't be happier with. Can't say enough good about this business. Keep doing what you're doing and I will never go anywhere else. GREAT selection, very competitive prices, friendly customer service. Killing it on all counts.
