So hard to do business with. I can't ever get someone on the phone after navigating the automated phone messages and redirects that take forever. The phone system has hung up on me multiple times, and I can't seem to get a call back after leaving a voicemail to place an order of 7000 ft of webbing! Last time I placed a large order with custom cuts, the straps were ALL different lengths it was a huge mess. Just plain difficult to deal with and disappointing over all pretty much every time I try to buy here.

I had a great experience with customer service (I suspect that prior reviewers weren't willing to wait 24 hours for a response). I was initially sent the wrong size of strap, but Strapworks quickly sent me a replacement in the correct size. Thank You!!

Called to return 4 belts as the buckles were too large to fit through the belt loops. No phone customer service. Had to leave message. I also emailed my request. Was advised that orders are non-returnable, non-refundable! I ordered replacements at a lower price with free next day shipping and free returns from Amazon. Been buying belts from Strapworks for over 10 years, but they have lost me as a customer. Buyer beware!

I've ordered straps, buckles, d-rings, etc from Strapworks for years, and have never had an issue! Products are as described, shipping has never been a problem. All in all, great folks to do business with!
