I delivered a package for the store on or about 25 April to be sent by UPS, tracking 1Z2A05729088044562. It was an AMAZON return. The package doesn't appear to have been sent because it was never received by the receiving party. Value over $900.00. Be careful what you take to this store. No track on the item.

I have always received excellent service from the staff at this location. The staff has no control over the fees charged by UPS and it is unfair to criticize them for that.

The free drop off service is ok but that's the easy part. I had a small package about one pound that I requested to be packed by them. They wanted to charge me $5 for a very small cardboard box. Then they wanted to charge me $15 in labor on top of the $5 shipping charge. The item I was shipping was a hard drive from a computer already in it's own small box. So they wanted to charge me $25 to ship an 80 cent box and a few strips of tape. Ridiculous. I then went to Walmart got a box for 86 cents and packed it myself. They advertise their packing service and who in their right mind would pay that much? I can only imaging what a larger item cost to send......probably much more than the worth of the item. Only reason I didn't give them one star was because the drop off service was fine.

April 9, 2018. I dropped off two large packages at the UPS store. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I was going to buy additional tape for my packages and the lady said I didn't have to as she would put additional tape on my packages. I am recommending this location for its excellent service.
