I came in to return a package that had been delivered to our house for the previous owner. Husband and I opened it without looking at the label (the box said it was a personalization company, we thought it was something we had ordered). The man with the white beard and glasses said “you opened it, they’ll just bring it back to your house.” I said, “okay, we’ll you guys can keep it then. The guy is serving overseas. It’s personalized glasses.” He said, “maybe you should learn how to read.” Really? I almost couldn’t believe he said it. Took me a minute to react but I said, “it was an accident. And I know how to read. That was rude.” He never apologized or acknowledged what I said. I said, “Be kind” before I left. Reading some of the other reviews, I’m not surprised. This guy sounds like he’s rude to everybody. It’s a wonder how he keeps his job. I complained to the USPS online. Looks like passive aggressiveness is in and civility is out. Shame on him.

Never have an issue when I stop in. There is sometimes a wait but the line moves quickly. Be patient and you'll find the workers at the post office are here to help.

The staff are extremely lecture oriented and short with the patrons. Upon most visits I do self help as I get lectured by this post office’s personnel if I even ask a question. Just imagine if I really needed help!?? I have received bad advice on sending something registered mail the ended up costing $20 more than me sending the identical letter to another person registered through another post office locally. They need to know they are rude

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have not been to this post office in over a decade. I will be fortunate if I never have to step back into this post office again. Incapable of handling the most routine tasks, such as retrieving mail for a client, the lines was out the door within minutes of opening their doors with only two employees on hand. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I waited another 10 minutes only to be told my package was not there. It is no wonder people are fed up with USPS - if this were a business, it would be out of business. OV residents, do yourself a favor and use Orange Grove office. The difference in customer service is night and day.

Yes, as bar scan is on either side
Yes, but there are some preparations that have to be made. Here's a good article on how to ship a cactus: https://www.hunker.com/13428155/how-to-ship-a-cactus
I guessing you don't have their app on a account. So it's either that way or go to a pack & ship. You could always Guess ta mate with postage if you have a disclosure tag
I was in there yesterday and the line steadily stayed out the door, so they might have a policy to ignore it if that's the case. I would go in if you can. They are very friendly and helpful.
Yes at the Mail processing facilty
You need to call them directly
